Nirvana Quartz is a variety of quartz that was only discovered in 2006 when the Himalayan glaciers began to recede due to global warming.

It is also known as Himalayan Ice Quartz, Lemurian Scalar Quartz, or Growth interference (GI) Quartz.

They are found at an altitude of 18,000 feet in the Himalayan Mountains of India.

Nirvana, as it pertains to this crystal, means “enlightenment’ and this Quartz is indeed associated with inner enlightenment.
