The frequency of Arfvedsonite connects to the third eye and crown chakras so that one is open to the ‘higher’ understanding of situations. It helps one to be positive in one’s thoughts and actions and not to be drawn to negativity or send out negative thought-forms.

Through the third eye chakra, this crystal can aid one’s sleep patterns and dispel any negative energy from nightmares, allowing one a clearer ‘vision’ of one’s life’s experiences, and increasing one’s intuitive side
