Reiki is a natural healing technique originating from Japan. It stimulates the body's natural ability to heal itself, bringing about a well being of body, mind and soul. It relaxes and creates a sense of inner calm.
Reiki is a non-invasive treatment. The practitioner places both hands on, or above the client in various positions to open up the body's energy channels. This helps to clear blockages that may be affecting the flow of 'ki' (energy).
